# Sample Voter Data for Import

## How to Create Your Excel File

Create an Excel file (.xlsx) with the following structure:

## Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
2. Create a new spreadsheet
3. Add the column headers exactly as shown:
   - district
   - thana
   - electoral_area
   - grameenphone
   - robi
   - banglalink
4. Fill in your voter data
5. Save as `.xlsx` format
6. Upload through the Admin Panel → Import Voter Data

## Important Notes

- **Column names must be exact** (lowercase, with underscores)
- **All numeric values** should be numbers, not text
- **District and Thana names** should be consistent across rows
- **Electoral Area names** should be unique within each thana
- The system will automatically create hierarchies if they don't exist
- Duplicate entries will be updated with new values
